Management Seminar on Office Ergonomic Issues - This seminar's broad topics include ergonomic issues and the newly mandated OSHA ergonomics rules.  Prior to the seminar, Ergotect executes an ergonomic evaluation of a "task-segment" of your organization's office.  Findings provide context and are used to illustrate general cost/benefit examples.  These cost/benefit examples are extrapolated from the analysis of your organization's specific task-related activities and existing industry-specific models.  This seminar has the dual benefit of enhancing the participants' understanding of the the "big picture" and providing immediate, tangible solutions for specific work-environment deficiencies.  

Office Ergonomics Workshop (plus OSHA ergonomics rules compliancy) - This program trains supervisors, human resource personnel, facility managers, office managers and others who are directly responsible for the day to day activities and performance of workers in their work environments.  Participants will learn how to identify and address office workplace ergonomics issues from human and products perspectives.  Participants will learn how to comply with the new OSHA ergonomics rules.     

Task-Group Training and Workshop - Provides focused instruction and hands-on training for employee work-groups performing same or similar high-intensity data-entry and repetitive motion tasks.  This workshop is geared toward organizations that have begun an ergonomic program with recently upgraded workstations.  This workshop is also suggested for persons working in environments where previous ergonomic upgrades did not create expected gains in safety and productivity.
